Everything seemed clean and well kept to me. I didn’t notice any issues, and overall it felt like the place was taken care of.

We took a guided tour through one of the mansions it was interesting. I’m usually a little skeptical when places use all that polished “unforgettable experience” kind of language, but the guide was genuinely knowledgeable and explained things in a way that didn’t feel scripted. My only complaint is that it felt like we were hurried along near the end, which was a little disappointing. Still a good tour overall, just not quite 5 stars for me...

The kids actually ended up enjoying the mansion tours way more than I expected, and the staff was really patient with them. Booking through Newport Mansions was easy enough too, so whoever runs this clearly got that part right...

I went mainly to check out the special exhibits . A few parts were interesting , but some of the displays felt a bit small for what the ticket cost . Still , it was a nice enough way to spend the afternoon .

I visited one of the mansions and didn’t have the best experience. The crowd control was poor, with way too many people packed into small rooms and everyone constantly bumping into each other. I felt rushed while trying to look around, but at the same time I was stuck waiting in lines, which was frustrating. The staff didn’t seem to do much to manage the flow of people either. If you’re hoping to take your time and actually enjoy seeing everything calmly, I personally wouldn’t say it’s worth it.

The cancellation process was handled really poorly. It felt like one thing was promised upfront, but when I tried to cancel, the experience was completely different. Not a great feeling and definitely left a bad impression

I visited a couple of the mansions, and the signage made everything easy. Parking, entrances, where the tours start — it was all clearly marked, so I never really felt lost. I was expecting it to be a little confusing, and maybe a few spots could use an extra sign, but actually it was totally fine and much smoother than I thought it would be.

I visited after seeing a bunch of photos online, and to be fair, the outside is really impressive. The architecture has a ton of detail and the rooms are huge, so I’m not trying to say it’s not worth seeing at all. It just felt like in some areas you were mostly walking past ropes instead of really getting to experience the mansion. Inside, everything is fancy, but after a while it started to feel a little repetitive to me. Maybe I just expected more background or clearer info about each room. It’s definitely nice to look at, but i didn’t think it fully lived up to the hype

It’s a good deal if you plan to visit twice, but if you only goes once, it feels a little pricey. I had a good time overall, just wish the one-time cost was a bit lower.

It was easy to follow and made the mansion way more interesting, which was nice because wandering around with zero context would’ve been a choice. Glad I used it.

I stopped by the gift shop after touring one of the mansions. They had some cute stuff and a nice selection of books, but a few of the prices felt a little high for what they were, haha. The staff was fine, not rude or anything, but they weren’t super helpful when I asked about sizes. Checkout also took a bit longer than I expected. Overall, it was okay, I did end up buying a small souvenir, so not a bad stop. Just nothing that really stood out. I’d maybe pop in again if I was already there

Customer service did respond, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I expected. And when they did answer, it wasn’t super clear, so I still had to figure some stuff out myself. Not terrible or anything, just kind of slow and a little confusing.

I tried booking tickets online and it was more frustrating than it should’ve been. The pages were loading really slowly, and I had to go back and redo a couple of steps, which got annoying fast. My card was charged, but I didn’t see much of an update right away, so I was a bit concerned for a while. It did go through in the end, but the whole process felt clunky.

This was easy to use. I could see everything clearly. No hassle at all.

The wedding itself looked really nice, and the setup was pretty, so no complaints there. But the staff communication was kind of lacking. We had to ask a few things more than once, which got a little frustrating, not the end of the world, but still something you notice during an event

Buying the tickets online was easy enough, though I kept getting mixed up about what time we were supposed to arrive versus when the tour actually started, and the website didn’t make parking or what was included super clear. Once we got there, it was crowded and the staff seemed like they were trying to keep up but were rushed. The audio tour worked fine, but it got kind of boring after a while. For what we paid, I expected things to feel more organized and less confusing. I’m glad I went and saw it once, but I’m not exactly planning to go back anytime soon.

I had a really nice time visiting the mansions. The entry line was a little longer than I expected, probably around 15–20 minutes, but it moved along well, so not a huge deal. The staff seemed to have things organized, which always helps. Once we got inside, it was definitely worth it, the mansions are beautiful, and there’s a lot to take in. I do think the timed entry process could be a bit smoother, but hey, these things happen. Overall, I’m glad I went.

I booked through Newport Mansions mostly because I wanted to see the grounds and gardens, and I’m really glad I did. The gardens were beautiful, with plenty of peaceful spots to wander around and take photos, especially by the water. It actually reminded me of weekend walks I used to take with my mom, so that made the visit feel a little more personal for me. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few areas felt crowded, and I wish the signs were a bit clearer in some spots. Still, it’s definitely worth visiting if you enjoy gardens and scenic views...

The staff were really helpful and friendly. I was going to say the whole experience was smooth, well, it was mostly smooth, but the replies did take a bit longer than I expected.
